Hello,

We wanted to remind everyone that next Monday night February 13th, at 7:00 PM is the special night of Intercessional Prayer and Worship for Haiti. It will held at North County Christ The King church, in Lynden. The team from Awake and Arise will be joining us. Angie VanDeMark will be the worship leader. It will be a powerful time of worship and prayer. Please join us. This is not a fundraiser so there will be NO admission charge. We would really love to have you there.
As for one of our praises, earlier Nathan was invited to  preach at Pastor Louinet's church during a crusade. When the invitation for salvation was given, 80 people came forward and gave their lives to the Lord. God is soooo awesome.
One of the praises we are very excited about is that Peru now has CLEAN WATER. During the rainy season their water source is a creek. In the dry season this becomes barely more than a mud puddle. It was going to be the first well we dug as soon as we bought our well drilling machine, which we are very close to purchasing. But Nathan connected with a Haitian team in Gonaives that was drilling a well. He was told that they were heading to Port-au-Prince to drill next, but if we could be ready that afternoon they would drill a well in Peru. We said yes and they made it up to Peru and started drilling. They found water at 105 feet. They dug another 20 to 30 feet in order to get a good volume of clean water. We had them drill on the edge of our property by the road, so that the whole community now has access to good clean water. Yahoo!

At another exciting event, Nathan and Melissa were invited to share and do worship for a revival meeting on the other side of the river. They had a prayer time and asked people to come forward. An older lady who was blind either from birth or a very young age came forward. She was known as the blind women through out the area. When they prayed for her, her sight was restored instantly. Now she can see! Praise God!

This weekend Mike and I, and our family have been invited to share at a church in the southern part of our state. Mike will be sharing the message Sunday morning. We will be involved in meetings also. We will be staying with friends and I in particular am looking forward to meeting a special lady that supports one of our orphan girls. We would really appreciate your prayers as we travel and as Mike shares on Sunday and during the meetings.

Again thank you so much for your prayers.

Blessings,

Chris
