An Impact!

Some of our littles.
Poteau school.

Jeremiah 17:7-8: “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit”

We are so very thankful for your faithful support. You have come alongside our ministry and you have helped us become like a tree planted by the water, It means so much to us and the people of Haiti.

This is how Fedler, one of our main leaders puts it. "Long before the Good Shepherd ministry in Haiti, evangelization work was much more difficult. People were very hard to approach because the culture in Haiti likes vodou, rara, and witchcraft, which are very hostile to the gospel of Jesus Christ. With the arrival of the Good Shepherd Ministry (what New Generation Ministries is called in Haiti) and its' various programs such as schools, churches, scholarships, orphanage, medical clinic, transitional houses, radio station, and well drilling, all these things are arguments proving that the gospel of Jesus Christ brings life and makes it easy for us to proclaim the gospel. God bless Pastor Mike's family and his team."

Thank you for being "part of the Team".

We wanted to share with you some of the fruit from this year.

 More Hope And Light

Happy New Year!

May you have a year full of blessings and favor!
God is so good. Even amid the increasing darkness in Haiti, His light keeps growing brighter. Thank you for partnering with us to help bring the light and hope of Jesus to the people of Haiti like Benoit.

Benoit is another in a long list of changed lives by the gospel of Jesus.
Benoit is 65 years old, married, and has 7 children. He is a 5th-grade teacher. He had been attending a church in a nearby village for 23 years. He said he left that church because he could never do enough good things to please his pastor. He said that the church was full of discord, and hypocrisy, and they did a lot of gambling there.

He came to our revival meeting in Perou 2 months ago. Benoit said, "I had been in church my whole life, and I never heard the gospel of Jesus. I felt so desperate. Now that my whole family and I have given ourselves, wholeheartedly to Jesus, we have received such joy and peace."  They have made the church in Perou their permanent home.

Benoit and his family are just a few of the dozens of new believers coming to Perou recently. They are coming out of vain religion, poverty, sickness, and witchcraft, but they are coming. God is moving very powerfully in the village of Perou right now. Thank you for praying for these new believers. Life is so hard and so fragile in Haiti.

Blessings, Mike and Chris
